Service Options & Charges

Aspect of 'The Chaperone Service': 1. Transport to and from pick-up-point to destination and destination to client’s home/pre-designated location or simply drop off and pick up transfer service 2. Chaperone to accompany client from point-to-point throughout service engagement and home-safe. Accompaniment involves for e.g. fetching from customer’s place and accompanying child to nursery school and pick them back home safe at end of nursery/class designated time; accompany elderly to attend their medical appointment or treatment or to any appointments, such as places of interests, walking or shopping spree and to assist with shopping tasks (elderly care e.g. nursing treatment are excluded) 3. Attending to owner’s pet per visit or two a day e.g. bringing pet out for relieve and feed them while owner is away. 4. Miscellaneous services such as pick up owner’s car for servicing or maintenance.   'The Chaperone Service' Options and Charges: 1)  Adhoc Hourly Chaperone or Errand Service:       i) Outside CDB/Outskirt area:          - S$25 first hour and subsequent hour @ S$18 per hour       ii) Within CDB/Town area:           - S$30 first hour and subsequent hour @ S$18 per hour   2)  Per Transfer/Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service:       i) Non-Airport Pick-up & Drop-Off Service:          - S$25 per transfer (Outside CBD/Outskirt area)             - S$30 per transfer (Within CDB area)       ii) Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service:           - S$40 / transfer / head (During office hour / 2nd person onwards @ S$35 per head)              - S$50 / transfer / head (After office hour / 2nd person onwards @ S$45 per head)        Note:  Extra En Route Pick Up and Drop Off Point Surcharge: The Term Extra En Route Pick Up and Drop Off Point Surcharge in refers to any Additional Pick Up and Drop Off along the way and heading towards destination.       Good En Route Examples: A surcharge of SGD 15 is applicable if the first pick up point is like from your Office or Shopping Mall in Orchard Road to your Hotel in Orchard Road and then to Changi Airport. A surcharge of SGD 20 is applicable if the first pick up point is like from your home in Bukit Timah Road to your friend’s house in Farrer Road and then to Orchard Road. Not En Route Example: ***First pick up from Sembawang to Bishan Junction 8 then to Parkway Parade Shopping Centre is not an en route journey and therefore hourly disposal is applicable   3)  Pet Care Service:        - S$25 for one time visit @ one hour per day. Subsequent hour @ S$18/hour          - S$35 for two time visits @ one hour per visit per day. Subsequent hour @ S$18/hour     4)  Miscellaneous Services:       i)  Pick Up of Owner’s Car for Servicing or Maintenance:           - $35 two-ways per car                     - $25 one-way per car       ii) Customize Service           - Availability and charges to be advised base on customer’s requirement     Terms & Conditions:   ·    The provision of the above services will be based on current resources availability at the point of intended appointment or engagement of service day or period. ·    Should resources be unavailable upon request, please allow certain lead time for sourcing of related resources of service/s required.   ·    Payment to be made upon order of service or cash on delivery depending on service/s required
